• 2 Main entrances to the reception area with no steps and seated waiting area.
• Internal automatic doors to assist in access.
• Ground floor and first floor bedroom block, (no lift access).
• Fire exits are checked regularly and lead to a flat surface.
• Free Private car park with allocated bays.
• Drop off point at main Entrance leading to flat surface to reception desk.
• Private Taxis can be arranged with local firms with prior notice.
• Good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways with well lit corridors.
• Interconnecting rooms, (room 122 & 124, 123 & 125, 222 & 224, 223 & 225)
• Fully adapted bedroom for wheelchair users, (room 104) including bathroom fittings.
• Service dogs welcome.
• Porter service available upon request.
• 24 hour room service.
• Waitress service available if needed.
• Accessible toilet in public area.
• Mobile phone network available and coverage of most networks throughout.
• Public telephone available in reception area and telephones in all bedrooms.
• Wheelchair hire available if pre-booked (hire charge applicable)
• Accessible information: Menus etc in large print upon request.
• Dining and socialising areas available on flat surface.
• All stairwells have handrails to assist in first floor access.
• We do not have task lighting.
• No disabled changing facilities available in the health club.
• Health club disable access available by accompany of an adult/carer.
